"My husband and I were looking for a good deal on a new Cadillac. As soon as we got to the lot, we were greeted by a very nice young man. He introduced himself as Anthony Gonzalez, gave us a brief history of his experience as a car salesman and told us that this was his second day with this dealer. After telling him what we were looking for he proceeded to show us the new Cadillac, explaining all the features included in the different models. When we had additional questions he introduced us to Russel Folden to help answer more specific questions about the line of cars. Anthony suggested a test drive of the two cars we had chosen and during the drive he continued to answer all our questions regarding the car we were driving. After we had chosen the model that we were most impressed with, we got together with Russel who was in charge of the financial part of the deal. Russel answered all the questions we had regarding duration of loan, interest vs no interest, money down vs no money down, insurance, protection, extended warranty and many more. After the financial part of the deal was taken care off, we were shown in detail how everything works in the car, blue tooth, sun roof, mirrors, GPS, etc. Needless to say, we were very impressed with the service. This two young men were friendly, helpful and very professional."
